Taylor Made Fabrication uses an online CNC machine, which enables us to quickly and accurately punch many shapes and sizes.  We are able to produce the required tooling for various shapes from hand drawn or CAD drawings.

Material Specification

• Mild steel up to 6mm think
• Galvanised steel up to 6mm think
• Zintec up to 6mm think
• Stainless steel up to 3mm think
• Aluminium up to 6mm think

Size Specification

Our CNC AMADA punch machine has a bed size of 1.25 x 1 meters and a maximum "throat" of 1 meter.  By repositioning, we can punch lengths up-to 4 meters.
